Reiki + Sound Healing

Service Description

Rediscover balance and serenity with the Energetic Harmonics Session, a unique experience that combines the soothing energy of Reiki with the transformative power of sound healing. During this 60-minute session, you'll rest in a peaceful environment while Reiki's universal life force energy flows through you, helping to ease tension, release energetic blocks, and restore inner harmony. Intuitively guided sound healing—featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments—supports the process by clearing your auric field and amplifying the energy work. This session is designed to calm your nervous system, promote energetic alignment, and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed. What to expect in an in-person session? We will set an intention for your session and create a sacred space together. I will guide you on a visual journey with the Rose to support you in relaxing and opening up your energetic body to receive the Reiki energy. I will then work throughout your energy bodies to remove any blocks or stagnant energy to allow optimal flow within your subtle energy systems. As I facilitate your session, you may feel warmth, heat, or tingles in different body areas. However, it is different for everyone. The session will close with us reviewing insights that came through during your session. What to expect in a virtual session? Virtual sessions work the same way as in-person (listed above), except they are held online via Zoom. The added addition is that I utilize a crystal grid to act as a bridge to connect via long distance, and you will receive an image of the grid so you can work with it after our session. We will also do a three-card Oracle pull to give you additional supportive steps to work with moving forward.
