Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a session with Illuminating Crossroads. To honor both your time and mine, please review the following policies before scheduling your session: 📅 Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Pricing is listed on the booking page, and all payments are final. ⏳ Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your session to a new date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will forfeit the session without a refund or reschedule option. 📌 Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and the Zoom room will be closed. 📜 Session Recordings Sessions conducted online may be recorded for your personal reflection. If you prefer not to have your session recorded, please notify me in advance. ⚡ Energy Exchange & Responsibility These sessions are designed for guidance, healing, and energetic alignment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.
