Sound Healing Meditation

In the sound bath, participants lay comfortably with eyes closed while deeply listening to sound. Class begins with a gentle guided meditation followed by crystal alchemy sound healing and integration. The sound frequencies allow listeners to enter deep states of meditation and relaxation by slowing down brainwave activity and activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Bring your mat, a blanket, pillow or bolster and anything else desired for a cozy experience.
